She has facilitated organizational transformations globally, using a systems approach and the power of purpose. Forbes interviewed her about her work, and Deepak Chopra interviewed her on his radio program after she served as an advisor for an Icelandic national assembly after their economy collapsed in 2008. Additionally, Ashley co-authored a paper on Transforming Culture in Larger Organizations. She has worked around the world, from the board of a multinational corporation to a population from the untouchable caste in India, and has learned that when given the opportunity to create positive change, most rise to the occasion to create powerful results. Ashley’s clients have included Boehringer Ingelheim, CHANEL, eBay, Ericsson, Nedbank, Optiver, Sasol, Unilever Brazil, and Wells Fargo.
